- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders, translating them into clear product requirements and backlog inputs.
- Act as the liaison between business users and Product/Tech teams, ensuring effective communication and providing regular updates on feature development.
- Identify gaps between user needs and existing platform capabilities, and recommend interim solutions to maintain operational continuity.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of temporary workarounds while documenting insights for future product enhancements.
- Analyze business processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and propose scalable workflows and standardized SOPs to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product improvements through process analysis, documentation, and continuous optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Operations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirement gathering, product lifecycle, and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in documentation and process mapping tools (e.g., Google Docs, Miro, Figma) as well as spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel); familiarity with SQL or data querying is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
