Are you passionate about water safety and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Minoo Beach Club is looking for a dedicated and responsible Lifeguard to join our team.
Qualifications:
Minimum High School/Vocational School graduate
Previous experience as a Lifeguard is preferred
Holds a valid Lifeguard Certification (preferred)
Certified in First Aid and CPR
Strong swimming and water rescue skills
Able to work outdoors
Good communication and teamwork skills
Friendly, attentive, and guest-oriented
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
Able to join immediately is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of all guests in and around the swimming pool and beach area
Monitor water conditions and enforce safety regulations
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR when required
Conduct routine inspections of rescue equipment and safety facilities
Maintain cleanliness and safety around the pool area
Assist guests with safety information and provide excellent customer service
Report incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues to management
