We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage daily social media operations across our hospitality brands. This role balances hands-on content creation, publishing, and community management with supporting campaign execution and influencer collaborations. Working closely with the Social Media Manager and creative team, the role ensures brand stories are consistently translated into engaging social content.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily social media operations across assigned brand accounts.
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts, stories, and reels aligned with campaign objectives.
• Write captions and social copy that reflect each brand’s tone of voice.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and guest interactions.
• Participate in content production including photoshoots, video shoots, and real-time social coverage.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to adapt assets for social media.
• Support campaign execution and coordinate with digital marketing for paid campaign alignment.
• Track social media performance and contribute insights for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
• Fluency in English is a must.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management (hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills for social captions and posts.
• Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Ability to coordinate content shoots and work with creative teams.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
