About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, maintain, and optimize our database environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring database availability, performance, security, and reliability while supporting business-critical applications and data processing activities.
Job Description:
Monitor and maintain database server health and performance, including CPU utilization, memory consumption, storage capacity, backup processes, replication, high-availability environments, data growth, and data processing activities.
Perform database installation, configuration, migration, version upgrades, and patch deployments to ensure system stability and reliability.
Optimize database performance by analyzing and tuning queries, managing indexes, maintaining transaction logs, and implementing data archiving strategies.
Design, configure, and support data processing and integration workflows across multiple servers to ensure efficient and reliable data movement.
Ensure the successful execution and validation of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a related database management role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Administration
Special skills – SQL Server, SSIS, Phyton, C#, .NET, Visual Studio, SQL Always On AG, Replication, AWS on Cloud
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high system availability.
