Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management and/or Medical allied course.
- With relevant experience in the same role (B to B) for 3 years and/or any industry offering services. (Ex. B2B, Sales, Account Management)
- With excellent written and verbal communication, leadership and collaboration abilities.
- Proven track record of positive sales performance.
- Willing to be assigned in BGC Taguig.
- Can start ASAP/ 30 days' notice.
Job Description:
- To make strategies in order to promote the company and healthcare services (e.g., Annual Health Package, Digestive Health, Women’s Health, Brain Health, Diagnostic Imaging Exams, Allergy Test Screening, Nutrition and Dietetics Program, Cancer Screening Tests, etc.) to the potential corporate partnership to meet and exceed the sales quota as given by the management.
- Perform sales initiatives including corporate presentations, sales calls, up-selling of products and services to patients, and prepares sales reports.
- To establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the healthcare system/field.
- Proactively build deep executive relationships with customers within the healthcare/medical industry and to develop quality services and/or solutions
- Implements and tracks sales strategies, plan and marketing communications through various channels/media.
- Guide potential corporate partners to discover their requirements and then offer the best solution to make sure those needs are fulfilled through internal and external sales and marketing strategies (e.g. corporate presentation, fieldwork, up-selling, among others.)
- Must be aware of the latest market trends and remain updated on product knowledge, development of innovative and creative sales techniques.
- Prepare and deliver presentations/proposals and branding for key customers evolving in the healthcare systems and services.
- Proactively keep the broader organization updated and informed; both account business planning and progress of potential corporate partnerships.
- Other tasks that management may assign from time to time relevant to job position.
