Job Description:

  • Manage and Maintain Desty Help Center (Desty Tawk),

    Platform: https://desty.tawk.help/

  • Develop educational materials to help merchants understand and maximize the use of Desty products.
  • Support merchant retention and engagement initiatives through operational campaign execution.
  • Assist the Account Management team in maintaining operational visibility through data tracking and reporting.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of internal and external knowledge resources.
  • Assist the onboarding team in ensuring new merchants have a smooth and successful start with Desty's products and services.

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Basic video editing and content creation skills are an advantage
