Job description:
Lead the operations of a 40 key property in Sumbul
Ensure the financial health of the health by ensuring revenue targets are hit and costs are managed accordingly
Manage and collaborate with leaders across the front office, housekeeping, rooms, marketing, F&B, accounting, HR, engineering, and IT departments.
Ensure facilities in the venue (spa, gym, wellness, pool, retail, surf store) are always presented in the highest possible standard.
Lead & train the team to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experience
Develop SOP's and ensure the implementation in monitored systematically
Create and foster a culture of high service, team work, transparency, and continues development
Ensure internal resources are adjusted accordingly for low and high seasons
Partner with the revenue and marketing department to drive sales
Requirements:
15 years of experience in hospitality, 5+ years in managerial capacity
Experience doing pre-opening for luxury or high end hospitality venues
Willingness to relocate close to the venue (north-west Bali)
Experience developing hospitality systems and workflow
Fluency in English is a must
Strong finance and commercial acumen
Experience managing P&L
A hands-on leader that is willing to lead by example
