Our client is a company in the FMCG (Food Manufacturing) industry and is currently seeking a qualified HR Supervisor to support and manage the company's Human Resources and General Affairs functions.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, BPJS administration, training, and personnel administration.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
Handle employee relations and industrial relations matters.
Manage labor disputes and employee disciplinary cases.
General Affairs
Oversee General Affairs operations, including facility management, permits, vendor management, security, and purchasing.
Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and cost control.
Manage environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs, preferably with experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Supervisor in a manufacturing or industrial company.
Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or other related disciplines.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
Recruitment and talent acquisition
Payroll and BPJS administration
Training and personnel administration
Indonesian labor laws and regulations
Industrial relations and employee relations
Handling labor disputes and disciplinary cases
General Affairs management (facilities, permits, vendors, security, procurement)
Budgeting and cost control
Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs
English proficiency is mandatory (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Japanese will be considered an advantage.
Preferred Profile
Experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently while effectively managing cross-functional responsibilities.
Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
