Job Description
•Prepare and analyze financial performance reports based on financial statements (Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly).
•Prepare financial performance reports to monitor actual results compare to budgets (Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly).
•Provide comprehensive management reports related to Operating Unit performance.
•Monitor and control Operating Unit expenses to ensure cost efficiency and budget compliance.
•Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities from cost data to support cost optimization initiatives and profitability enhancement.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to evaluate and improve Operating Unit performance.
•Actively participate in the annual budgeting process for assigned business units.
Qualification
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Finance Business Partnering, or related finance functions.
•Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
•Hands-on experience with data integration, processing, and analytics platforms such as KNIME or similar tools.
•Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI, for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate business insights to management.
•Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
