Qualifications:
- High school graduate/Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent English communication skills
- With face to face customer service experience
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite (or hybrid/work-from-home, if applicable)
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with car rental reservations, bookings, modifications, and cancellations
- Provide information about rental rates, vehicle availability, policies, and promotions
- Resolve customer concerns and rental-related inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Process customer requests accurately while maintaining account documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet quality and performance standards
