Job Descriptions:
- Manage the credit, collections, and billing process
- Maintain the DPD 1-30,31-60,61-90 at an acceptable level
- Maintain a disbursement recovery rate at an acceptable level
- Identify and review performance for write-offs, credit imits, repayment plans and service level
- Work with third party collection staff to maintain a collection process
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline
- Preferred educational background in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Law
- Holds a valid Collection or Supervisory Collection certification issued by the Asosiasi Fintech Pendanaan Bersama Indonesia and/or Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Collections within the Fintech Lending industry, including Cash Loan and Productive Load products
- Strong understanding of collection processes, delinquency management, and recovery strategies across various DPD buckets
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Able to work in target driven and fast paced environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and compliance awareness
