What You'll Do

- Handle booking changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel-related inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering an exceptional service experience.
- Stay informed about travel promotions, destinations, and industry updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.
What We're Looking For
- High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or college graduate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or contact center operations is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
