Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with banking and financial inquiries, provide account support, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions regarding financial products and services.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, balances, payments, and billing concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Verify customer information and ensure data security in accordance with company policies.
  • Educate customers on available financial products, services, and self-service options.
  • Process account updates, service requests, and documentation accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Meet quality assurance, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay updated on financial products, policies, and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications

  • College graduates are preferred.
  • Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not always required.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
