Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with banking and financial inquiries, provide account support, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions regarding financial products and services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, balances, payments, and billing concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Verify customer information and ensure data security in accordance with company policies.
- Educate customers on available financial products, services, and self-service options.
- Process account updates, service requests, and documentation accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
- Meet quality assurance, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay updated on financial products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- College graduates are preferred.
- Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not always required.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

- Experience in banking, financial services, credit card, loans, or insurance accounts.
