Service Delivery Coordinator
The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of customer service operations by coordinating daily operational activities, monitoring service performance, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals. This role works closely with operations teams, support functions, and stakeholders to maintain service quality, improve processes, and drive a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily service delivery activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Support account performance monitoring by tracking key metrics, service levels, productivity, and quality targets.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance updates for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operations teams, workforce management, quality, training, and support departments to address service delivery concerns.
- Monitor customer experience trends and recommend process improvements to enhance service performance.
- Assist in identifying operational challenges and coordinating timely resolution with relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support implementation of process improvements, operational initiatives, and service enhancement projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, action plans, and performance-related activities.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing business reviews and performance discussions with leadership teams.
- Promote a customer-focused culture by supporting service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
