Sales & Marketing Support – Intern
Main Objective:
To support the Sales Manager/Executives in maximizing their selling efficiency and assist the Marketing Supervisor in collecting and maintaining accurate marketing data.
Responsibilities:
Daily Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist the Sales and Marketing Department (or assigned supervisor) with day-to-day tasks and activities
- Update and maintain customer, hospital, and doctor information in the CRM system daily to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Manage and respond to B2B customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination across teams
Coordination
- Coordinate with the Customer Success Team and Sales Team to manage customer schedules and appointments
- Work with the Production Department to confirm customer feasibility and product requirements
Reporting & Meetings
- Provide daily updates and necessary reports to supervisors
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance and activity reports for management
- Attend and actively participate in weekly and monthly departmental meetings
Marketing & Company Initiatives
- Support marketing data collection, campaigns, and company promotional programs
- Help promote and communicate company initiatives effectively within and outside the organization
Other Duties
- Perform additional sales and marketing tasks as assigned by the Manager or Employer, appropriate to the intern position
