Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related Quality role
Hands-on experience in customer complaint handling, deviation management, and CAPA processes
Strong root cause analysis capability.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Effective communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
