- Lead pastry & bakery strategy across multiple brands
- Drive new product and menu innovation
- Ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence
- Mentor and develop pastry teams
We're looking for:
? Executive/Corporate/Head Pastry Chef experience
? Strong pastry & bakery expertise with product development experience
? Experience managing multi-outlet operations is a plus
? International pastry education/training is preferred
