Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, or email.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and technical support.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Promote and recommend premium telecommunications products, services, and upgrades based on customer needs.
  • Process account changes, service activations, renewals, and cancellations accurately.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, quality, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in company systems.
  • Stay up to date on products, services, promotions, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; with less than a year of BPO experience
  • Previous customer service, telecommunications, or call center experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable using multiple computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and onsite
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required.
