Jr. KOL Specialist (Jr. Influencer Executive )
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and manage KOLs/Influencers aligned with brand objectives Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Monitor KOL performance, analyze campaign results, and provide improvement recommendations
- Maintain administrative documentation including contracts, payments, filing systems, and data tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Qualifications:
- Female
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a KOL Specialist/Influencer Marketing in a beauty brand or agency marketing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Familiar with KOL management, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and social media trends.
- Strong communication, research, data management, and analytical skills
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Active user of TikTok and/or Instagram
- Available to join ASAP
