IGCSE Business Studies Tutor (Online)
Position: Online IGCSE Business Studies Tutor (Part-Time/Freelance)
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate IGCSE Business Studies Tutor to join our team and help students achieve academic success in the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
Responsibilities
Conduct engaging one-on-one online Business Studies lessons.
Teach the Cambridge IGCSE Business Studies syllabus, including topics such as:
Business activity
Enterprise and entrepreneurship
Marketing
Human resources
Operations management
Finance
External influences on business
Explain business concepts using real-world examples and case studies.
Prepare students for school examinations and Cambridge IGCSE examinations.
Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress.
Assign and review practice questions and past papers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Commerce, Education, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the Cambridge IGCSE Business Studies syllabus.
Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable teaching environment.
Patient, enthusiastic, and able to adapt lessons to different learning styles.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching students from international schools.
Familiarity with Cambridge assessment objectives and examination techniques.
Ability to teach additional subjects (e.g., Economics or Accounting) is an advantage.
