Kaleka (Kaleka.id) is an Indonesian non-profit research institute established in 2014, dedicated to promoting sustainable and equitable commodity production and the responsible use of natural resources through collaboration with governments, businesses, and communities.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance team and support day-to-day financial administration and project finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Verify staff advance payment reports and maintain the Expense Report database.
Support technical, implementation, and monitoring teams in preparing donor grant projections and monitoring budget realization.
Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure the completeness of supporting documents for financial filing.
Assist in preparing supporting documents for project financial reporting.
Support finance administration and other project-related administrative processes as assigned.
Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
Available to work full-time in Denpasar for a 3-month internship.
