The Paralegal serves as the primary operational and administrative support to the Legal and Compliance Manager of BMI Finance Corporation. This role is dedicated to assisting the Legal and Compliance Manager in executing a broad spectrum of legal, regulatory, and corporate functions critical to the company's financing operations. The Paralegal will act as a vital extension of the department, ensuring the efficient drafting of commercial and litigation documents, managing case dockets, and facilitating strict regulatory compliance and reporting with the BSP, SEC, DOLE, and AMLC, while actively supporting the company's data privacy and corporate housekeeping initiatives.
