REQUIREMENTS
Fresh Graduate, minimum D3 of Secretarial Major
Good basic typing, filing, reception, and other general office skills
High proficiency of spoken & written English
Good knowledge of computer application
Committed to work hard independently and in the teamwork
Have pleasant personality and good inter-personal communication
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform key reception functions, answering phones and greeting visitors to the office
Process various incoming and outgoing documents
Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel
Complete forms is accordance with company procedures
Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors
Perform related duties as assigned
