About the Role
Dr. Ville is looking for a passionate and energetic Hard Sell Host Live Streaming to join our growing team in West Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling personal care products through live streaming platforms. You will engage with viewers, showcase products, drive conversions, and help achieve sales targets through effective hard-selling techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Host engaging and interactive live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Demonstrate and explain personal care products clearly and persuasively.
- Apply effective hard-selling techniques to drive sales and increase GMV.
- Actively interact with viewers by answering questions and addressing product concerns during live sessions.
- Build audience engagement and encourage purchase decisions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and campaign information.
- Create simple promotional content as on-camera talent to support livestream activities.
- Maintain a professional makeup and positive attitude during live sessions.
- Achieve individual sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Provide feedback regarding customer preferences and common questions during live sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience as a Livestream Host, preferably in the beauty, personal care, or consumer goods industry.
- Willing and confident to perform hard-selling during live sessions.
- Strong product presentation and sales communication skills.
- Confident on camera, and comfortable speaking in front of large audiences.
- Familiar with TikTok Shop Live, Shopee Live, or similar livestream platforms.
- Able to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
- Creative, energetic, and up to date with social media trends.
- Able to communicate in conversational English.
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Willing to work onsite in Kedoya, West Jakarta.
