To support our continued success, we are actively recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor and Construction Cost Estimator to join our dynamic team in Serpong, Tangerang Selatan, Banten, Indonesia. 

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and estimating construction costs, ensuring project budgets are accurately calculated and monitored throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to ensure cost-effective project delivery, providing detailed cost analyses, and maintaining close communication with the project management team to address any cost-related issues promptly. You will also be involved in reviewing tender documents, preparing cost plans, and conducting value engineering exercises to optimize project outcomes. Additionally, your expertise in construction management and cost management will be crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and on time. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in teamwork, communication, and a proven track record in cost estimation and management.

We are seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree and have between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field. As a male Quantity Surveyor and Construction Cost Estimator, you should demonstrate a passion for construction and a keen eye for detail. You must have a solid understanding of construction processes and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
