Key responsibilities
Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers and vendors to meet company procurement requirements
Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal value and cost savings
Preparing and issuing purchase orders whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse and operational teams to maintain appropriate stock levels
Liaising with internal departments to understand material and service requirements and timelines
What we're looking for
Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, essential for international supplier communication
2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role within manufacturing or logistics environments
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build effective supplier relationships
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
