Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate in Management or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledgeable in Indonesian Labor Law and employment regulations.
Strong clerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good in English communications.
Responsibilities
Manage and control all incoming and outgoing company documents.
Assign identification numbers or codes to incoming documents.
Archive and maintain the security and confidentiality of company documents in designated storage locations.
Retrieve and provide required documents to employees for company-related purposes.
Monitor document retention periods and classify or dispose of documents that have exceeded their retention period.
Manage and monitor legal documentation for foreign employees (e.g., RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, etc.) by coordinating with relevant parties to ensure compliance and smooth processing.
Arrange business-related administrative support, including business travel, meetings, guest visits, and other company events.
Receive, review, and verify employee credit application documents submitted to the Employee Store, Cooperative, and partner banks.
Receive, manage, and process employee reimbursement requests in coordination with the Finance & Accounting Department.
Assist the HR & GAF Department Head in providing employee counseling and guidance to address workplace-related issues.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports for routine reporting within the HR & GAF Department.
