- Melakukan sesi foto studio sesuai booking client
- Mengatur lighting studio untuk berbagai konsep (baby, maternity, family, dll)
- Mengarahkan pose client (termasuk bayi & keluarga)
- Mengatur background, properti, dan konsep pemotretan
- Melakukan seleksi foto (photo selection / culling)
- Melakukan editing dasar hingga advanced:
- Retouching
- Color grading
- Skin tone correction (khusus baby & portrait)
- Menjaga kualitas hasil foto sesuai standar brand Baby Milano
- Menjaga peralatan studio dan kebersihan area kerja
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim admin & marketing studio
KUALIFIKASI WAJIB (STRICT)
❗ Minimal 1-3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Studio Photographer (WAJIB)
❗ Menguasai kamera DSLR/Mirrorless mode manual
❗ Paham studio lighting setup multi-konsep (soft, dramatic, natural light simulation)
❗ Mampu handle baby & newborn photoshoot (harus sabar & berpengalaman)
❗ Menguasai Adobe Photoshop (retouching wajib)
❗ Menguasai Adobe Lightroom (color grading & consistency)
❗ Mampu bekerja dengan berbagai konsep fotografi dalam 1 studio
❗ Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dengan client (family & anak-anak)
❗ Mampu bekerja cepat, rapi, dan sesuai deadline
