Deskripsi pekerjaan :
1. Riset & seleksi KOL/creator berdasarkan fit audience.
2. Handle end-to-end kerjasama : outreach, negosiasi rate/komisi, briefing konten, approval, sampai laporan hasil
3. Kelola program affiliate di Shopee Affiliate & TikTok Shop Affiliate
4. Bikin & maintain tracking sheet
5. Koordinasi sama tim content supaya konten affiliate tetap sesuai brand voice Noir
6. Laporan mingguan/bulanan
Spesifikasi :
1. Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di affiliate marketing, influencer management, atau KOL partnership (e-commerce/gadget/gaming jadi nilai plus besar)
2. Familiar sama Shopee Affiliate & TikTok Shop Creator/Affiliate Center
3. Bisa baca data: paham membedakan real conversion vs vanity metrics seperti reach/like
4. Komunikasi negosiasi yang baik
Menjadi nilai tambah :
1. Punya network KOL/creator sendiri di niche gaming, tech, atau desk setup
2. Pernah kerja di brand lokal DTC (bukan cuma agency yang jualan jasa influencer)
