We are looking for a German Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking and English-speaking customers. The ideal candidate is fluent in both German and English, possesses strong communication skills, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. Fresh graduates or candidates without BPO experience are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate strong language proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, and policies.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and processes.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German (B2 to C2 level or equivalent) and English, both written and verbal.
- High school graduate (Senior High School), vocational graduate, or college graduate.
- Open to applicants with or without BPO/customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
