Job Description Summary:
Support the daily administrative and operational activities of the office by managing facilities, company assets, transportation, office services, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth business operations.
Job Description:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and documents, and distribute them to the respective departments.
Arrange transportation and employee mobilization.
Coordinate the servicing and maintenance of company vehicles.
Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) for office stationery (ATK) and vehicle maintenance, as well as attendance reports.
Make hotel and flight ticket reservations.
Coordinate and monitor the work of Office Boys, Drivers, and Security personnel.
Maintain and oversee the company's branch office assets.
Process the renewal of company vehicle registrations and related documents.
Manage company accommodation (mess).
Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings.
Perform other General Affairs and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Minimum graduated High School or equivalent.
Having experience at least 1-2 years.
Willing to be located at Jambi
