LOGISTIC INVENTORY/ RETURN SPECIALIST


Responsibilities

1. Manajemen Inventory

    1. Mengelola program cycle count dan stock opname berkala

    2. Melakukan investigasi dan analisis selisih stok

    3. Optimasi space warehouse

2. Manajemen return

    1. Mengelola proses penerimaan dan verifikasi barang retur dari pelanggan.

    2. Melakukan klasifikasi barang retur (good stock, damaged, scrap).

    3. Memastikan proses administrasi retur tercatat dengan akurat dan tepat waktu.

3. Process Improvement

    1. Membuat dan memperbarui SOP inventory dan retur.

    2. Mengembangkan KPI terkait inventory accuracy dan return cycle time.

    3. Mendukung implementasi improvement project di area warehouse dan inventory control.


Kualifikasi 

* Minimal Diploma/S1 jurusan terkait

* Pengalaman 2–5 tahun di bidang terkait

* Pengalaman memimpin tim

* Memahami proses warehouse inbound, outbound, inventory, dan reverse logistics

* Mahir mengoperasikan komputer dan software terkait (Ms Excel, Google Sheets, sistem WMS/ERP)

* Teliti, disiplin, dan memiliki kemampuan koordinasi lintas fungsi.
