Qualification:
Minimum D3 or S1 graduate in Nursing
Minimum 3 years of experience as HSE/Medic Officer in the oil and gas industry
Working knowledge in Safety Regulation and/or ISO Management System would be an advantage
Excellent experience in HSE Documentation (CSMS, HSE Plan, HIRADC, ERP, etc), Safety Compliance and Safety Promote
Possession of relevant certifications such as HIPERKES, BTCLS/ACLS, Registration Certificate of Nurse, AK3 Migas, and BSS (Basic Sea Survival) is a plus
Strong data entry and filing management skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Willing to be placed in Bandung
Job Description:
Provide comprehensive health care (promotive, preventive, curative, rehabilitative) for employees, covering general illnesses and work-related injuries/diseases
Conduct health screenings and follow-ups for internal and external employees prior to project onboarding
Organize and deliver health education sessions and HSE-related awareness programs for workers
Manage emergency response, including first aid and referrals to nearby medical facilities for incidents at offices or project sites
Perform regular assessments and evaluations of the company's health facilities and the actual health status of employees
Assist QHSE Supervisor in preparing HSE plans, Emergency Response Plans (tender stage), and HSE reports (during/after project execution)
Prepare written reports regarding any Injury Person (IP) incidents in the event of an accident
Comply with all company policies related to quality standards and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations
Key Competencies
HSE Documentation & Compliance – Proficient in CSMS, HSE Plan, HIRADC, and safety regulations
Occupational Health Management – Skilled in managing employee MCU data and health programs
Communication Skills – Able to coordinate emergency/non-emergency medical actions
Attention to Detail – Strong attention to detail in filing medical records and daily reports
Problem Solving & Agility – Capable of preparing health reports, incident reports, and ensuring HSSE standards
