The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, trial, repeat purchase, and sales growth across B2C and B2B channels. This role involves end-to-end campaign execution, cross-functional coordination, market analysis, and product launch support, alongside budget management and administrative tasks.
💼 Responsibilities
• Develop and execute brand plans and 360-degree marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.
• Execute campaigns end-to-end with relevant teams, from briefing, asset coordination, and timeline management to launch and post-campaign evaluation.
• Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Community, Content, Design, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners such as vendors or agencies.
• Monitor sales performance, campaign results, brand health, competitor activity, consumer feedback, and market trends to generate actionable insights.
• Support new product development, product improvement, and launch planning from a commercialization and brand communication perspective.
• Track marketing budgets, campaign spending, and procurement processes in line with company procedures.
• Handle documentation, reporting, and administrative duties related to brand operations.
✅ Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, or Marketing, preferably in FMCG, F&B, mother & baby, or consumer goods.
• Hands-on experience in both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive, highly accountable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Good understanding of brand building, consumer insights, marketing funnel, and campaign execution.
• Familiar with digital channels, e-commerce, social media, and offline marketing activities.
• Proficient in AI Tools, Canva, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Portfolio link is a plus.
• Ability to work with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Good working proficiency in English is a plus.
