Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
- Actively offer products and achieve daily & weekly sales targets
- Provide accurate product knowledge and recommend suitable items
- Handle sales transactions using POS/cashier system
- Maintain visual display, cleanliness, and store appearance
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
- Follow company SOP and support daily store operations
Requirements:
- Willing to be placed in Canggu
- Preferably domiciled near Canggu / North Kuta area
- Willing to work 6 days/week in shifting schedule (including weekends & public holidays)
- Comfortable working with sales targets & KPI-based evaluation
- Confident speaking English with international customers
- Good attitude, positive personality & fast learner
- Strong communication and active selling skills
- Neat and professional appearance
- Able to work in team and independently
- Ready for trial period before final hiring
