Descriptions:
- Contact customers via telephone, WhatsApp, Email, or other communication channels regarding outstanding payments.
- Remind customers of payment due dates and provide information regarding their payment obligations.
- Negotiate and follow up on payment commitments from customers.
- Maintain positive and professional communication with customers while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Record collection activities, payment commitments, and customer responses accurately in the system.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer payment issues and account status.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets set by the company.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with applicable regulations and company standards.
Qualification :
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Desk Collection Officer, Collection Officer, or in a related role.
- Experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or Telecollection is an advantage.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Experience handling English-speaking customers is preferred.
- Proven experience in collection activities through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team while following management directions.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly initiative-driven with strong follow-up skills.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
