Responsibilities:
1. Create and manage weekly and monthly content plans for TikTok and Instagram.
2. Handle content production process, including shooting, editing, approval, and publishing.
3. Create and manage daily Instagram Stories using content provided by branch teams.
4. Manage and post content on Threads to maintain brand presence.
5. Monitor and reply to comments and messages to increase engagement.
6. Support affiliate creators by helping prepare content briefs and coordinating campaigns.
Requirements:
1. Final year student or Fresh Graduate in Marketing, Communication, Bussiness, or related fields.
2. Willing to work onsite at Hampton Avenue, Gading Serpong.
3. Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
4. Familiar with Tiktok, Instagram, Threads, and social media trends.
5. Basic Video editing and content creation skills (Capcut, Canva, etc.).
6. Good communication and community engangement skills.
7. Creative, detail-oriented, and well organized.
8. Experience with AI content tools is a plus.
9. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
