Operations Manager (Construction & Development Control)

Bertanggung jawab mengontrol seluruh operasional proyek agar berjalan sesuai timeline, budget, dan target perusahaan, serta memastikan koordinasi antara tim konstruksi, marketing, dan support berjalan selaras.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor dan kontrol progres proyek (plan vs actual)
  • Kontrol timeline dan biaya proyek (budget vs realisasi)
  • Identifikasi risiko delay/overbudget dan buat action plan
  • Koordinasi dengan Project Manager, Site Manager, dan tim marketing terkait readiness proyek
  • Menyusun weekly report operasional untuk CEO
  • Menjaga disiplin eksekusi terhadap rencana proyek

Requirements :

  • Pengalaman 3–7 tahun di konstruksi / project management / developer
  • Paham dasar project scheduling & cost control
  • Berpengalaman membaca dan mengelola timeline proyek
