In August 2026, we are opening our new Headquarters at SOLANA Residence @ Senayan – Sudirman, located above Ratu Plaza with direct access to MRT Senayan, TransJakarta, Plaza Senayan, Senayan City, and Jakarta’s CBD.
We’re looking for hospitality professionals who love serving people and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Mandarin or Arabic speaker is a strong advantage
Hospitality experience is preferred
Warm, confident, professional, and well-presented (must have)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Friendly with a genuine passion for helping people
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following roles is highly preferred:
Front Office
Guest Relations
Guest Experience
Concierge
Reception
Customer Service
Your Responsibilities
Welcome guests with genuine hospitality
Handle check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries
Assist local and international guests throughout their stay
Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support
Maintain premium service standards in every guest interaction
Create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return and recommend STAY SAN LIVING
