Head of Cyber Security Solution

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cyber security, specifically in developing and integrating tools for SOC
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solution-oriented

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SOC tools such as Wazuh, ELK Stack, Suricata, Zeek, OSSEC, TheHive, MISP, and others
• Log parsing skills using Logstash, Filebeat, or custom modules
• Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation and API integration
• Understanding of correlation rules, threat hunting, IOC, and incident response workflow

System and Platform Skills:

• High proficiency in Linux and Windows Server/Endpoint operating systems
• Understanding of system architecture and log systems
• Experience working with mobile platforms (Android, iOS) for basic forensic or mobile endpoint monitoring

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience integrating SOC tools with ticketing systems or threat intelligence platforms
• Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and log monitoring cloud-native services
• Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CySA+, OSCP, OSWA, or Wazuh Certified

Primary Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining open-source SOC tools
• Configuring log data pipeline, parsing, indexing, and visualization
• Collaborating with analysis teams to support incident investigation processes
• Developing technical documentation and knowledge base for SOC teams
