We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers regarding product applications and performance.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
- Prepare technical presentations, product documentation, and application guides.
- Support customer trials and product evaluations.
- Work closely with the sales team to recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
- Conduct market and product research when necessary.
- Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related chemical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the coatings industry or with specialty additives related to the coatings industry.
- Good understanding of paint formulations, raw materials, and additive applications.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with international teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with water-based and solvent-based coating systems.
- Experience in technical service, R&D, laboratory work, or customer support.
- Knowledge of dispersants, defoamers, rheology modifiers, wetting agents, or other coating additives is an advantage.
