Job Description:
Maintenance and Repair: Work shifting to perform regular maintenance on automation systems to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably. Diagnosing and repairing faults or malfunctions in the hardware and can work at heights.
Testing and Calibration: Conducting tests and calibrations to verify that automation systems meet performance specifications and standards. Ensuring that all components are functioning correctly.
Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of installations, maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades. Preparing reports and documentation for clients and internal use.
Training: Providing training to clients’ staff on the operation and maintenance of automation systems. Ensuring that users are knowledgeable about the systems and can operate them safely and effectively.
Compliance and Safety: Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards. Conducting safety inspections and enforcing safety protocols.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Understanding their needs and ensuring that they are satisfied with the services provided.
Experience Requirement:
Technical Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in electrical & hardware development. knowledge of automation hardware, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), sensors, and actuators.
Troubleshooting: Problem- solving skills to diagnose and repair hardware issues.
Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction.
Technical Documentation: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manual.
Tools: Experience in using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal analyzers, hardware tools, strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
Attitude & Capability: Honest, highly discipline, well organized and Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and have strong initiative and able to perform multitasking skills
Willing to be assign in our project locations: Alam Sutera, Tangerang Selatan
Education Requirement:
High School, Diploma 3, Bachelor Degree major in Mechanical/ Electrical/Mechatronics
