Responsible for managing the daily operations of the mini soccer field, including scheduling bookings, handling customer service, managing transactions and bookkeeping, as well as ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of facilities to deliver the best experience for users.
Responsibilities:
1. Organize and manage field booking schedules;
2. Provide customer service (reservations, inquiries, and complaint handling);
3. Manage payments and maintain accurate and well-organized transaction records;
4. Ensure cleanliness and maintain optimal field conditions;
5. Conduct regular inspections of facilities (lighting, artificial turf, and other supporting facilities);
6. Coordinate with the operational team (if any); and
7. Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum education of high school/vocational high school (or equivalent);
2. Strong communication skills, friendly, and responsive;
3. Responsible, disciplined, and proactive;
4. Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
5. Willing to work in shifts (including nights and weekends); and
6. Prior experience in operations or sports-related fields is an advantage.
