Role & Key Responsibilities

Should have experience in competency mapping

Implements talent capability intervention initiatives as recommended, change management / strategies and techniques to manage talent capability as per organization alignment.

Analyzes all the initiatives identified, plan out implementation plan in coordination with the concerned stake holders.

Analyzes assignment/project complexity, plan/devise need for resources and plans task distribution to develop appropriate work break down structures.

Produce periodic progress reports on the implementation of the initiative undertaken and update the concerned personnel.

Undertakes project status/performance/health reviews, performs audits based on business context and organizational parameters, and the development of performance measures.

Produce first level proposals for advisory services of StackRoute

Supports the work of external consultants brought in to do various projects by various groups in the (divisions) by providing them with information about the organization, helping with implementation of their projects and ensuring that follow up assessments of effectiveness are concluded.

Research industry-related and emerging trends in the areas of talent management with specific focus on talent development blueprinting, talent assessment, talent audits and talent transformation (combining online sources, interviews, studies, professional publications)

Attend conferences/seminars to establish contacts/connections with industry leaders, speakers and subject matter experts to build stories/cases to support various pedagogical methods

Proactively communicate questions and needs to industry/thought leaders/practitioners/experts for gap analysis and to remain relevant/updated on latest business/tech trends
