Responsibilities
Develop and update training materials, manuals, and learning modules.
Conduct onboarding and operational training for new and existing employees.
Identify training needs and recommend learning solutions to improve performance.
Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
Coordinate training schedules and support learning & development initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with operational standards and business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from any major.
Experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Operational Training, preferably in the F&B industry.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Able to create engaging training materials and deliver training effectively.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willing to work from the Head Office.
