Identify friction points in category pages, product detail pages (PDP), filters, and navigation structures.
Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for site structure, filter logic, and product attribute design.
Analyze on-site search performance: zero-result searches, search abandonment, and filter usage patterns.
Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to prioritize UX improvements based on research insight.
Design and run usability testing (moderated/unmoderated) for new features or page layouts when needed.
Present research findings and data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Miniumim 2–3 years of experience in UX Research, User Research, or a closely related analytical role (e-commerce experience is a plus).
Demonstrated experience analyzing behavioral data — session recordings, heatmaps, click paths, or search logs (tools like Hotjar, GA4, or similar).
Familiar with usability testing methods and translating qualitative + quantitative data into design recommendations.
Comfortable working with large datasets in Google Sheets/Excel.
Basic understanding of search intent and information architecture (nice to have, not the core skill — this is not an SEO role).
