Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts
- Familiar with privileged accounts, credential vaulting, and session monitoring
- Understanding of basic IT infrastructure (OS, servers, networking)
- Willing and able to work in rotational 24/7 shifts
- Good documentation and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems in a 24/7 shift environment
- Manage privileged account access, credentials, and access requests
- Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access review
- Monitor privileged sessions and escalate security incidents when required
- Ensure compliance with security policies and operational procedurs
