Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for the daily administrative and logistics management of the company, including but not limited to office supplies, utilities, property management, and office facility procurement.
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure the timely procurement and supply of office necessities.
Manage office equipment and fixed assets, including inventory registration, maintenance, and asset tracking.
Handle company administrative affairs such as meeting arrangements, visitor reception, and office environment management.
Assist in organizing company events, employee activities, and corporate culture initiatives.
Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative documents, reports, and records.
Assist in budget management and cost control related to administrative and logistics functions.
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors and support departmental operational needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
2–3 years of relevant work experience in General Affairs, Administration, or Logistics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Good teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in office facility management and supplier coordination is preferred.
