WE'RE HIRING: Facility & GA Manager
We are looking for a Facility & GA Manager who can ensure our workplace operations run smoothly, efficiently, and comfortably for everyone. You will lead facility operations, vendor management, office maintenance, and workplace support — collaborating closely with internal teams and leadership to maintain a safe, well-functioning environment.
What You'll Do
• Oversee daily facility, general affairs, and office operational needs
• Manage maintenance schedules, vendors, and office support services to ensure quality and cost efficiency
• Uphold workplace safety, cleanliness, and comfort standards
• Handle asset management, inventory control, and procurement processes
• Ensure operational compliance, documentation, and administrative accuracy
• Lead and develop the facility/GA team to meet organizational goals
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management, General Affairs, or Office Operations
• Proven ability to manage vendors, coordinate operational teams, and drive results
• Familiarity with ERP or digital operational tools is a plus
• Experience implementing workplace improvements or operational efficiency initiatives
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems is advantageous
