Job Description:
- Team Leadership, Manage and mentor the Solution Architect/Presales team; oversee resource planning, task prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Presales & Solutioning, Lead discovery sessions and requirement discussions; design solutions using Qontak, Jurnal, and ecosystem products; support demos, presentations, and proposals.
- Accounting & Business Consultation, Advise on end-to-end financial processes (GL, AP/AR, reporting, inventory, budgeting); translate finance and operational requirements into scalable digital solutions.
- Stakeholder Management, Bridge client stakeholders and internal delivery teams; manage expectations, scope alignment, and management-level communication.
- Documentation & Governance, Review BRDs, SOWs, solution architecture, and estimates; enforce standards and drive continuous improvement across presales and delivery.
Requirements:
3+ years in presales, solution consulting, or implementation roles
- Strong grasp of accounting flows: GL, AP/AR, reporting, inventory, budgeting
- Experience with CRM/ERP platforms (Qontak, Jurnal, or similar)
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client-facing engagements
- Degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or Business
